customer service is pretty bad I had Shruti and she spent a very long time to check and do her checklist which should normally take less than 5 minutes

Straightforward setup and easy to set up offers. Doesn't have a ton of options, but does what it does very well! Shruti was very helpful with the verification process, and their customer service is excellent.
