A very useful app. The interface is intuitive. The settings are clear. Support is at a very high level. I recommend it.

I just downloaded the app maybe 1 day ago. Setup was super simple and the app was active in moments. I was able to personalize the widget to my brand and remove the company's brand from my website. A customer service rep reviewed my site, the functionality, and the cohesion of my brand to the widget. The rep even suggested an additional offer that I had not thought of and presented an article for even more ideas. It felt like a brief consultation, so I'm very pleased : )

The app is easy to use and customizable. It is better than some paid apps while this one is totally free. It also has fast and reliant customer service that are really helpful.
