The app is easy to use and can be setup in the blink of an eye. Shruti from support was also super helpful.

I like the product and there is something to be said for the idea of having a good customer service experience, but maybe because I have over 40 years experience in the IT industry the idea that I need something I have created verified and for that to take about 10 minutes when it needn't. Forcing somebody to interact when it is not necessary to do so surely clogs up support for those who genuinely need it
