Vijaya went above and beyond my expectations this morning when I reached out via chat. Twice. Vijaya was polite, professional, and clear when giving directions. The screenshots really helped and everything is up and running great with Pumper. I work in SaaS and greatly appreciate the way in which your customer service and support are handled. This was a great experience overall and I look forward to reaching out again if I need to.

I am just now learning to use the app. Discount offers are fairly easy, but during a previous offer, not associated with the service I just received, I found it difficult/challenging to add a free product to my offer. The verification assistance i received today was great!

Clean, easy setup and free app. Lakhan also provide me comaptibility check with my theme and help me to set it up really fast. 10/10 for custoemr service a widget design.
