the app allows you to prevent same customers from repurchasing an item, a very helpful feature. works as it should after some support

quick response from customer service! i need the lifetime limit feature and looks like this app is the only app that provides this.

This app did what it was told but needed to contact support every step of the way- very unintuitive. When I uninstalled it, I found out that my customers were having trouble checking out, seeing a blue spinning wheel. This app leaves bad code even if uninstalled-there is additional steps needed to clean up code.

The app does not work at all - Unless you get their help to get it working. I did... - Install the app (configuration is easy) - Tried to set a limit for one product (nothing fancy, just limit a product to 1 per order) - But the app didn't save the settings. I tried various combinations, but the app refused to save the settings. Every time you hit "Save All" - poof, nothing. But what really made the app the worst is that checkout didn't work at all anymore. No matter what you tried to purchase it would just spin wheels at checkout. This app will mess up your checkout process. DO NOT INSTALL UNLESS YOU WANT TO CLEAN UP YOUR CODE AFTER.

Also about uninstallation, I think you forgot to see our instructions mentioned in the app description already. For our other customers the instruction is quite simple, if you want to delete the app, please don't forget to remove integration first and then delete the app.

I used it the let our customers only purchase 5 items. Works perfect! Easy, simple and fast. The customer service chat was very helpfull.
Try setting limits in other ways too! It has many options to serve the business requirements effectively. Thanks for your review.

It's very easy to use. It realizes the function of our flash sale to restrict customers from buying multiple special products, which is great!

I downloaded this app because I was a victim of some fraudulent order, now I know I'm safe with this app. Aside from its use, the Customer Service is so highly commended. Fast reply and very helpful! I'm glad I saw this app!!!

I was able to limit 1 per customer forever. This is really helpful when selling digital items that you want to limit. A big plus is Customer service. They are dedicated to walking you through the steps, and if you have any issues, they are quick to resolve. If I could rate higher than 5 stars, I would do so.

Really good app. User friendly. Good customer service. Been looking for an app like this for a while. It import automatically your product in the app. Couldn't find some product, but learned it's better to copy paste title from front end to find product. May be helpful for you to know. I highly recommend!

Customer service helped me solve the issues that this app was causing for my website. Now my website is running much smoother and quicker. Please be aware before adding this app to your website that it can potentially make your website slow. Overall, customer service did a good job fixing the problem.

This app works perfectly! My website has a custom checkout so I needed help getting the app to work. Technical support was able to get it up and running in less than 24 hours.

Does what it says on the label. Very simple, could use some CSS capability but it does work and is very easy to configure and reasonably priced. Thumbs up. Their support team is also really responsive and professional.

Excellent app - works really well for our needs (selling high demand items 1 per customer). The app developers responded quickly to a couple of queries I had with how the app looked in my shop's checkout and resolved the issues straight away. Heartily recommend!
