The app does the job of limiting purchase and is easy to implement. In additionm customer service is very responsive.

Pretty easy to configure. We had an issue of integration with an external service and they solved it.

Works as advertised. We use the app to limit the purchase of event tickets, exclusive items and limited merchandise. The future purchase limit works to prevent repeat purchases from the same account. From time to time the app has a few quirks in the admin console and a few glitches with the Shopify checkout process that seem to always require tech support intervention, not unlike most Shopify apps. Tech support is pretty responsive, once you consider the +10:30 to +13:30 time zone shift from the United States.

I searched for an app which will limit quantity of a certain product for a lifetime of a customer. This app was recommended on google so I tried it. Their customer service was extraordinary! The app works fabulously! Thank you so much!

It is working perfectly. No checkout blockage issue at all. No bugs. Just works the way it suppose to. I love this app and the price is perfect too! This app is a must to have! And customer support thru live chat was under 10 minute to answer my question! Thank you and hope it works without any bugs in the future.

Great app with helping us manage our stock and ensure that we have a consistent and easy fufillment process

We use it to prevent someone from grabbing up all of a potentially hot item. It gives us time to adjust the price to market. Sometimes it does seem to turn itself off and we have to "reintegrate" to get it working again.

This app caused issues with the add to cart button and other apps applying discounts. I kept getting gateway error issues. I tried to get assistance but no help.

We use this app to limit purchase quantities on certain products, its simple enough to use and easy to setup and good value for money. We did experience a small second issue and proposed an improvement activity. All suggested improvements were swiftly actioned by the development team, who collaborated well, communicated well and provided a solution in a timely manner, well done, excellent service guys, keep up the good work.

Great app for adding quantity limits to certain products (limited editions, end of line etc). Would recommend to other Shopify users looking to add this function to their site. Support are very helpful and responsive.

Nice app! Very hard for a visitor to bypass to check out when there is a limit on the product, unlike other limit apps I've used in the past. Stops them from entering the checkout page with a warning message to add more to the cart. Only issue I had was it imported my products twice for some reason so I had to go in and delete things. Support had a fast response when I reached out to them.

Was really happy with the support provided - reasonably intuitive app, and much more effective (as well as well-priced) compared to other similar apps I've tried.

Bugs happened before but the tech fixed them in time. The app really does a great job on the features, and the app is very simple to use. Recommend!

Beneficial App, Technical support is good, it would be great If chat responses were more responsive.

Have been having issues since day one and have been messaging them for weeks with no response. They do not have any support at all from what I can tell so far. Also cannot get in touch for a refund as I cannot use the software at all and don't want to pay for something I cannot use. Some of the basic features seem to work ok.

I set the app up, but it didn't work properly, and made items that don't have inventory tracked show on the store as OUT OF STOCK. So I deleted the app, and in doing so, it stopped our Checkout from working! Which resulted in a 25% decrease in sales conversions for the 24 hours until we noticed the error. NOT HAPPY - would definitely not recommend this app.
