We are experiencing issues with the plugin. We are also paying for "Priority Support". Unfortunately there is no way to reach anyone and the matter is urgent. We do not get an answer in the chat. Very bad experience.

Unfortunately, due to a high volume of support requests that day, our initial response was delayed by about 1–2 hours.
