We are experiencing issues with the plugin. We are also paying for "Priority Support". Unfortunately there is no way to reach anyone and the matter is urgent. We do not get an answer in the chat. Very bad experience.

Unfortunately, due to a high volume of support requests that day, our initial response was delayed by about 1–2 hours. After that, our team reached out with several solution suggestions, but unfortunately, they were not accepted. Absolutely DOES NOT WORK. Tried cancelling multiple times and they're still charging me. No replies to messages. POOR POOR POOR
