Duos B2B Self‑service is a Shopify App designed to streamline B2B operations with self-service features for company setup, ordering, finance, and credit management. It allows B2B buyers to register their company, manage teams and permissions, place bulk orders, and more. The app is native to Shopify B2B and Customer Accounts, covering company registration, quote requests, order approvals, quick order by CSV & SKU, reusable shopping lists, B2B finance with credit limits, and data syncing with ERPs via Shopify Flow trigger.

DuosB2B is built around what B2B buyers actually need to streamline their purchasing workflow: product list-building, team collaboration, and granular user roles and permissions. It fills a real gap in Shopify's native B2B tooling. We serve both B2B and D2C customers, so it mattered that our B2B users could self-manage their teams without looping us into every permissions change. DuosB2B gave us a flexible, intuitive way to do that. Ashley and the Duos team were hands-on throughout implementation; responsive, communicative, and willing to build custom solutions for our specific setup.
Discovering Duos and their B2B-specific suite of apps has been a game-changer for us.
