This amazing app allows our customers to effortlessly submit their files for custom design orders. It offers a user-friendly interface, and the support team is exceptionally responsive whenever we have inquiries. I'd like to offer two suggestions for enhancing this app further: 1. It would be highly beneficial if we could apply two different sets of discounts to the same product. 2. Having a feature that allows us to download the original file format from the gang sheet without compromising its resolution would be incredibly valuable. 3. Incorporating a feature that displays the exact dimensions of the design files upon upload or enables users to input these dimensions themselves would significantly enhance the overall user experience and drive increased sales.

A fantastic App! We tried several customisation apps, none of which gave us the full functionality we were looking for, then we came across Qstomizer, it gave us exactly what we wanted and more and the support provided by Ramon was first class. I'm adding to this review as I've received further outstanding support from Ramon, no sooner that I request something it's done. Thanks again for your excellent support.

These guys thought of EVERYTHING when programming this Qstomizer product customization app. It delivers EXACTLY what they promised with ZERO issues. I’ve searched everywhere for an app like this one. I’ve wasted months installing & uninstalling apps with great disappointment. Most stop short of understanding what a POD business really requires. I truly wish I could give 100 star review - even that wouldn’t be enough.

good support, great app, only thing I recommend for developer is make app enable 2 or 3 colors in the same side SVG, it will improve user experience and earn more sales, both sides earn with this, have a good week guys

The app is great and has great support when needed. Ramon is quick to resolve any issues to adjust the app to your liking. Very impressed with the app and customer service. Just email support and issues get resolved the next day. Would highly recommend. We are currently using it for our miFLAVOUR custom macarons. This app is really well thought out for anyone wanting to offer print on demand or adding the design option to their website. Ramon is amazinggg! Best customer service by Ramon, he promptly answered all my unlimited questions and was very willing to work out everything for me on the backend. Definitely recommend working with him!

Great way to add custom products to your store. In case the products arent readily available, you can easily create your own custom product from scratch. In case of questions, Ramon of Qstomizer is very helpful en explains difficult stuff in easy language. He is willing to help and solve problems, which helps me to optimze the customers website experience. Thanks to qstomizer, and highly recommended to anyone who likes to start selling custom items!

I used this app to help my customers customize certain products. I was helped by Ramon O. He worked quick and efficiently to help me fix some issues the app was having when I switched up my store theme. There's never an issue with help when asked with this app.

Best app I could find to do what I need for personalizations - had to contact support a couple times and both times were quickly responded to and fixed. Very cool so far.
