Honestly this is the first thing I've ever reviewed, I have looked at MANY is not all the other product customization apps and this one is beyond underrated and the best one you can get, not only is the customer service amazing and very helpful but the app itself is very very nice...literally exactly everything I was looking for, I promise you will not be disappointed in using this app, highly recommend!

Our setup was a little more complex than most. Ramon has been a huge help and very responsive. I'm impressed with the app. This is something we wanted to do in the past but it required expensive custom software. We never were successful. Having this capability in a low cost app compatible with Shopify is fantastic.

I'm amazed at how simple it is to set up this product. I'm already envisioning the exciting possibilities of the 3D new version! I'm eagerly anticipating its release. Highly recommended!

This amazing app allows our customers to effortlessly submit their files for custom design orders. It offers a user-friendly interface, and the support team is exceptionally responsive whenever we have inquiries. I'd like to offer two suggestions for enhancing this app further: 1. It would be highly beneficial if we could apply two different sets of discounts to the same product. 2. Having a feature that allows us to download the original file format from the gang sheet without compromising its resolution would be incredibly valuable. 3. Incorporating a feature that displays the exact dimensions of the design files upon upload or enables users to input these dimensions themselves would significantly enhance the overall user experience and drive increased sales.

These guys thought of EVERYTHING when programming this Qstomizer product customization app. It delivers EXACTLY what they promised with ZERO issues. I’ve searched everywhere for an app like this one. I’ve wasted months installing & uninstalling apps with great disappointment. Most stop short of understanding what a POD business really requires. I truly wish I could give 100 star review - even that wouldn’t be enough.

My rating for this app is 5 stars because I can't give 10. This app is wonderful in terms of handling and visualization. I tried various apps for my clothing customization store and had lots of problems until I found Qstomizer which immediately left me with an excellent impression for its intuitiveness and speed. Ramon's technical support was professional and essential. The timeliness in responding and immediately understanding any difficulties and problems in configuring the app made everything easier. Although I live in Italy and I don't speak English very well, I didn't have any communication problems thanks to his intuitiveness and skill. I configured my store with this new app quickly. I've been working with Ramon on several stores using his customizer for several years. It's by far the most functional designer on Shopify. The app is great and has great support when needed. Ramon is quick to resolve any issues to adjust the app to your liking. Very impressed with the app and customer service. Just email support and issues get resolved the next day. Would highly recommend. We are currently using it for our miFLAVOUR custom macarons. This app is really well thought out for anyone wanting to offer print on demand or adding the design option to their website. Ramon is amazinggg! Great way to add custom products to your store. In case the products arent readily available, you can easily create your own custom product from scratch. In case of questions, Ramon of Qstomizer is very helpful en explains difficult stuff in easy language. He is willing to help and solve problems, which helps me to optimze the customers website experience. Thanks to qstomizer, and highly recommended to anyone who likes to start selling custom items!
