We have checked all your interactions with our support team, and we replied to every message the same day — often within just a few minutes. In our last reply, we even asked you to clarify your question by sending us a screenshot, but we never received a response from you. We always do our best to assist every customer, as we have been doing for the past 11 years. Therefore, we feel your review is somewhat unfair.
