This app has all the customization for discounts that I needed, custom quantity price breaks, targeted to customers with specific tags. It works perfectly to deliver all of that. I have tried other very popular discount apps, that cost even more per month and my theme had compatibility issues with them. There was always something that didn't work right and their support teams couldn't address. Even though I had some initial compatibility issues with displaying everything properly in this app as well, the support team responded within minutes and fixed every issue that was found, perfectly. The team behind this app is really amazing, and you can trust this app do everything it says it does. I had very custom discount scenarios and this was the one that could do it all. I can't recommend this app highly enough!

Best app for managing quantity discounts. It's easy to install and the settings are straightforward. One of the nice features is, it allows you to generate normal quantity discounts for every customer and specific discounts (based on customer tags) at the same time. The new language setting is great problem solver for multi-language store. Technical support is extremely competent as well! We highly recommend this app!

Constantly not working, having to contact support all the time, they just give you the run around or blame it on shopify. Support doesn't respond until the following business day. We would be happy to spend more on a plugin that actually works.

A great app that works as promised. We have some unique needs and Orichi real time chat support has been very responsive and responds instantly to US Eastern Time zone. When their app couldn't do something we needed, they volunteered to take an export file of what we need to be done and will add the functionality to be customer facing in a near term future release. A very reasonable price for an app that makes our production process much more efficient since selling very small quantities of our specialty items is cost ineffective.
