we are in testing phase, and we canceled the subscription after one month and 4 days , and before shopify even sent us new month bill, the app cs refused to refund the subscription for and they says we used the app for 4 days in the billing cycle! now we payed for two months subscription.

After reviewing your account, the subscription was activated and used during a full billing period. When the app was cancelled, it was already 4 days into the next billing cycle, which is why Shopify automatically recorded usage for that new cycle. According to Shopify’s billing system and policies, charges are generated once a new cycle starts, even if the app is used for only a short time during that period. That said, we completely understand how this can feel unfair, especially while you were still in a testing phase. This is not the experience we want for our users, and we’re sorry that we weren’t able to communicate this more clearly at the time. We’ve already reached out (or are happy to reach out) to review your case again and see if there’s anything we can do to make this right within Shopify’s billing limitations. Good when it works, but randomly stops working at times. Unreliable, which is very bad for business.

I need to offer volume based pricing at a variant level. This app solved this, however it is a pain working with it. It takes forever to do the slightest change and its messing up my UX having it take forever to load and apply the pricing rules. It was way better when I started using it. I dont know what changed they did, but it definitely didnt improve. I hope they do something about it.

Installed the app and had problems with cart; any time a customer tried to change an amount, it automatically would go to checkout; also, a customer could not delete any product from cart. Reached out to support and waited 24 hours. No response, even though it shows they had been online an hour earlier. I uninstalled the app and went to a competitor which is working fine and does exactly what I need it to do.

We set minimum order quantities for certain products. Several times customers have been able to cash out when not meeting the minimum requirement. We then have to go and explain to the customer and cancel their order. It's super frustrating and when I reach out to the app for assistance, I have never gotten any help to fix the problem. Their response time is so slow. Unfortunately we will be finding another app that can do this.

Didn't work for us. be weary if you have the 'Warehouse' theme. They did try to fix it and said they'll get back to us by end of day Monday... end of day came and we didn't hear anything, we messaged them and still no reply about the progress. We had already waited a few days for them to fix the issue and couldn't wait any longer as we need an app that works.
