Didn't work for us. be weary if you have the 'Warehouse' theme. They did try to fix it and said they'll get back to us by end of day Monday... end of day came and we didn't hear anything, we messaged them and still no reply about the progress. We had already waited a few days for them to fix the issue and couldn't wait any longer as we need an app that works.

Just downloaded the app and needed some help with customization. Customer service was very helpful and efficient in helping me achieve what I wanted - and I'm still on the free version. Both the user interface and front end design are nice and tidy and look very professional. For now the free version does what I need, but I will not hesitate to upgrade. Recommended!

so far this app is working great for my store and customer service is very helpful. i would recommend this if you need an app which does quantity breaks. it was also very easy to use and install.

I've tested many Volume and order limit discounts and this is the best I've come across. The support is extremely helpful and very quick to respond.

Great customer support and the app I needed! A past app I had would only tell customers with a message they are not able to purchase more than X amount, but didn't really block the order if they did... This app does block the order and does not allow the customer to buy over the limit I've set! Perfect

The assistance I got from Jordan at Orichi was great and very timely. As I onboarded the app, I received screenshots with arrows and highlights. Within 2 days Jordan helped me customize our discount table which looks great now. His team also made a text alignment issue change that I asked for. Great support Michael

I don't leave reviews often but the customer support and willingness 'to make it work' if there is a conflict with another app is outstanding. It is highly appreciated that if you have a question or a problem that you get a quick turn around with a helpful answer. Just launched my shop and hope to work with them for a longer time.

The app is very good and easy to use! I went for the free version which is more than good for my shop. Also, the support team is amazing!! They helped me to do some changes and were always available. I recommend this app 100% guys!

Great app. Does what I need it to do without any problems so far. Jordan has been really helpful in customer support helping me make my website look great. Orichi had a conflict with another app on my website. Tanmay and Lylia were very helpful and added code to make it work seamlessly.
