After searching everywhere for an app that can offer Tiered Fixed Pricing, Orichi came up trumps! All the other apps say they offer this but it is all based on discount pricing. Thank you to Alvin for importing all my products and pricing, which would have taken me hours to do myself and to David for his help too. I would not hesitate on recommending this app! Thank you again.

Great service and the product delivered as expected. I was looking for a nicely presented volume discounts table and it shows very well on my product page in Shopify. I needed some help to format it and got the help I needed from the Orichi associate who understood exactly what I wanted to achieve.

Very happy with the app. Used the free tier. Had an issue with the collection limit and contacted support who were quick in responding and showed me what error I had made on my end. Very quick and prompt in responding.

Level of prompt service from Alvin is excellent - The discounts were exactly what we needed and especially for selling in only pack qty's. There was nothing that could not be altered on the front end. So far we're very happy with the app.

Providing all features I needed, yet easy to use. Staffs are very helpful and give responses promptly. I have no idea of coding, I tried other similar apps before, but they are lack of support for integrating with the purchased theme. The support team help me to track down every single problem I faced and solved them quickly. A 10 out 10 service, highly recommended!

Installed the app and had problems with cart; any time a customer tried to change an amount, it automatically would go to checkout; also, a customer could not delete any product from cart. Reached out to support and waited 24 hours. No response, even though it shows they had been online an hour earlier. I uninstalled the app and went to a competitor which is working fine and does exactly what I need it to do.

I encountered a problem when setting the quantity limit, and the customer service's timely response allowed me to solve the problem quickly. I would say their app is smooth to use and the plans are well set up. I just started using it and will share more about it later.

Ich habe heute mit Hilfe von David die app eingerichtet. Man findet sich eigentlich ganz gut zurecht. Allerdings tue ich mir persönlich mir dem englisch etwas schwer, da hat mir David geholfen, er fragte mich was ich den gerne einstellen möchte. Nachdem ich ihm ein paar Beispiele genannt hatte, hat er mich perfekt mit Screenshots hindurch geführt. Es lassen sich Farben und auch die Sprache einstellen, ein Wort konnte ich nicht einstellen und David hat es bei sich im Backend übersetzt. Bundling in Bündelung. Also bis jetzt bin ich sehr zufrieden, mal schauen wie die app dann so im betrieb sein wird, ich hoffe das sie passt. Grüße aus Deutschland Mario
