Pareto has enabled me to create B2B discounts on Shopify without the need to develop a custom app using Shopify Functions – that alone deserves five stars. But what truly sets them apart is their responsiveness and customer service. I suggested an improvement to their "Buy X, Get Y Free" offer – specifically, the ability to automatically add the free item to the customer’s basket, which felt like a natural and intuitive feature. Lynn (who was absolutely lovely to deal with) not only listened, but their team actually developed and implemented this feature into the app for everyone to benefit from. Exceptional support and a brilliant product – highly recommended.
