Omega has honestly provided one of the best support experiences I've had with a Shopify app. I had a specific use case for my store that went beyond the standard bundle functionality. Instead of simply telling me that it wasn't possible, their support and development team listened carefully to my feedback, discussed the possibilities internally, and actually built and customized the functionality I needed. We went through several iterations together, improving both the desktop and mobile UX, bundle pricing and messaging, cart experience, and even compatibility with another Shopify app I use for payment trust badges. What impressed me most is how responsive and solution-oriented the entire team has been.
