Constantly disconnects so we mistakenly don't remove inventory. That throws our inventory off. We have to reboot the app and try various things to make it work
We are sorry for the disconnecting issue that is happening to you. But Quick Scan does not disconnect from your Shopify store. Could you share with us a screenshot to [email protected]? We will try to solve the issue right away.
The changes to the app are good but we use barcode only and would like to change the default from SKU. Can't see how to change permanently in settings.
update: Gets 522 error message frequently I use this app for my small retail store. app does everything what it needs to do good customer service, and love the app
