10/10 amazing customer service from Jayson. I had issues syncing Shopify and Square items and they were able to rectify it while also providing clear direction and explanation on how to navigate the platform.

Well I have yet to have a full experience with this end product, my introduction was superior! Thea helped me with such ease! I was having so many issues I delayed the launch of some products and started considering creating a new website (I know, crazy!) but she was so informative, asked the perfect questions and helped me more than I could have anticipated.

I couldn't figure out how to get auto SKUs to generate on Square up but fortunately Joseph helped me get it all sorted in the app and now items are syncing. Much appreciated for the help!

I was trying to sync both my square and Shopify. Joseph was with me the entire process and was able to answer all my questions. I highly recommend this app, you get live assistance from a real person instead of automated chat assistance.

I haven't got to using the app yet, but for customer service alone it's 5 star worthy. I have asked many in-depth questions and received answers immediately. Omar has walked me through the entire process and ensured I'm on the right plan for my needs. Unless Omar has outright lied the entire time, this app is exactly what I need and based on the outstanding reviews before me, I am excited to get up and running with QuickSync. Highly recommend.
