I was struggling with getting the sync to work between Square and Shopify. Joseph's chat popped up and was prompt to ask to help. He was able to get my products linked between both and to accomplish what I was trying to do. I spent 2 days working between each platform's csv file and each time missing information for it to properly sync. He was very friendly, professional, and I am extremely happy with the result.

Well, I was just checking this stuff out and wasn't sure if I should sync or not, but Joseph was confident that I would be happy with the features and answered all my questions. He gave me his email so I can contact him anytime. Joseph offers great customer service!!

Staff Joseph showed up in a chatbox and offered to fix my syncing settings! It was perfect timing and made things so simple. It was a happy surprise to have a real person there to answer all my questions about the app. Highly recommend.
