First time going forward with syncing both my square and shopify locations which is a bit scary when syncing two systems. However, Joseph was with me the entire process and was able to answer all my questions. I highly recommend this app, you get live assistance from a real person instead of automated chat assistance.

Omar was so helpful in creating a seamless experience for us as we set up the connection between our Shopify and Square accounts. He was able to add SKUs where they were missing so that newly added items in Shopify were synced over to Square without a hitch! He also was very timely in his responses to me and incredibly polite!

Great App to use, it has help me Sync my inventory from square to shopify. As a small business this has helped me so much with keeping my inventory count correct. They also have a great customer service and will respond right away. Khaled is very helpful
