**Changed from 5 stars** This app causes a glitch in multiple places on my site. Everything works great in grid view, but list view creates a double "Quick View" button. This happens on my home page, blog pages, collections, etc. So I reached out for help. I even provided screenshots of the problem, before and after pictures to illustrate this problem occurs only in certain views.The initial reply asked for access to the site. It was a quick reply and I thought this meant they would handle this for me quickly. Wrong. They logged in once and said they couldn't get the glitch to show up and asked for more details. I mean, I wrote a paragraph explaining it AND provided multiple pictures. Ok, so I explained it again. To which he replies that they still can't get the error to work. He sends me a short video illustrating it should work fine but he hasn't logged into the site for 2 days to even check the code.. So how can you fix it if you're not in the code looking for the problem? The problem is our site has a native quick view button but not on our home screen. Our original ticket with secomapp was a request to have them ONLY install their code on our home page so there wouldn't be a confliction. It seemed to work. Apparently it only does in certain views which means this code was installed incorrectly and now I can't get help long enough to fix the problem. THEN their app has a massive error in the dashboard so I couldn't disable the app if I wanted to. **Original review** I am really surprised at how professional the support is for Secomapp! There was a glitch (I'm assuming an incompatibility with my theme) So I wrote them an email and I got a reply within an hour..this was late at night over the weekend. Not only did they reply fast, but my problem was solved instantly. Kudos to Secomapp! I'm glad to be using their service as I know I will be taken care of if anything else pops up! Thanks again!

EDIT: App works great, but do not let their developers have access to your liquid code. They tried to make changes to make their app match my theme and have altered very important elements of my store.

At first the app wasn't working properly but Louis from their support team was great and fixed things. Great app and support.

Quick view is an important feature for the user experience on any ecommerce store. This app delivers the needed functions as promised. Using the Supply Shopify theme, the quickview buttons that show up on a hover over a product listing image are slightly off-center to the left and show a bit farther up from the bottom of the image on some products than others. I also found that the quickview buttons started appearing in the general vicinity of thumbnail-sized product images if they linked to product pages. Unlocking these images removed the problem. I'd say both of these are minor concerns and fair tradeoffs to get a free feature that improves the overall ease with which a customer can add products to their cart.

This app works great and easy to customize! I had an issue on my site with this app after installing some other applications. I wrote [email protected] and gave them access to my store; their support team addressed in promptly and had me up and running by next business day. Couldn't have had a better experience - Thanks guys!

Installed a few days ago. Think this will be especially appreciated by my mobile viewers plus make my site look even more professional for all viewers. I had a couple smaller things not working on my custom shop theme. My email was answered in a timely manner, questions were addressed & they even took it upon themselves while making corrections to tweak the coding a bit & make some other things look better in the pop up. Such an easy app to install. We had some issues with the buttons not aligning properly and the developers were quick to jump in and help. I highly recommend this app if you're looking for something functional and easy!

Have not found anyone else on Shopify who were able to add the quick view "add to cart" buttons on my collection page. Very quick customer support from Louis, too!

Love this app so much. Easy to install and the team behind it is so easy to work with. They respond really quickly. Would recommend this app to everyone!
