This app does everything I need it to do, and does it well. Note: it is an add-on feature to sync purchase orders to the Inventory Asset accont, and a separate add-on to do journal entries for COGS, if you're not using QBO to track inventory. Nonetheless, very well worth it. The sync is almost immediate and it's clean, no missing data. You can even see a summary of synced orders, and can re-sync the purchase orders if necessary. The setup process allows for a good level of detail in how you'd like the data imported, such as asking if you'd like a PO to be synced as an item receipt or a bill, which has saved a lot of time in my workflow. I would love a feature that syncs Inventory Adjustments made through Stocky :)

We tried other Shopify - QuickBooks connectors but they didn't transfer the data the way we needed until we found QuickBooks Bridge. It was easy to set up and works well, plus they provide great customer service and technical support!

I am a former QB POS and QB desktop user. Because Intuit discontinued both, i am now a shopify and QB Online user. This QB bridge app is very good. Customer support is excellent. I tried using the free QB web connector/Shopify app. The only good thing was that it was free. Highly recommend!

I had some issues with my set up and their support could not have been better to work with. This connector does just what we needed.

I highly recommend both the QuickBooks Bridge app and the support staff, who were key in making setup and syncing a straightforward process. The setup process is well thought out, and the synch creates detail in QuickBooks Online that lets us drill down from sales totals to individual transactions. This is a real help in confirming both that we have QuickBooks Bridge configured as intended, and that our retail staff has the proper training to make it work correctly. We took a tip from other reviewers and consulted with support staff frequently during setup, and it paid off!

We tried several other QuickBook connectors that weren't bringing over the data the way we wanted it. QuickBooks Bridge was easy to set up andget all our cutomre and sales order data sync'd with QuickBooks. We haven't explored syncing inventory so not sure howwell that function works.

They have been very helpful and always willing to go the extra mile. They are quick and always reply back to my request next day. The app has been very consistent and I deffinently recommend.

Bridge brings the item-level detail (sales by SKU) from my Shopify sales into QuickBooks! Customer service is excellent. It takes usually 12 hours for them to respond to email, but they are thorough and always are able to resolve my issue with little back and forth. Bridge even automates a journal entry for the Shopify fees and charges deducted from payouts! The only payments you have to manually reconcile are non-Shopify payments (Amazon, PayPal, etc.). The app has saved me countless hours of manual entries!

This is a wonderful app to get your orders to your accounting system. The support is the best. I had a problem and it was sorted out with so much patience by Mohit guiding and assisting me.
