The app has resolved several issues we were having with syncing between QuickBooks Desktop and Shopify when it came to inventory, taxes, multiple location inventory, variable products and more. There were some initial issues with the app and QB desktop via the QB WebConnector that's needed, but the excellent support team resolved our issues and things are running smoothly now. It's hard to tell if QB is the problem or if MyWorks is the problem when there is a syncing delay or glitch, but I would say most issue are resolved within minutes instead of days which is what we encountered with our previous syncing app. It was a leap of faith to implement this app at first as there was not much information initially online for QB desktop and MyWorks but again the support team has been very helpful and if there was an issue they worked with their tech team to make something for us. Overall MyWorks has resolved our biggest syncing headaches, allowed us to keep our accounting where we wanted it in QB, is continuously improving their platform for the better and making running my business more efficient. This sync has been very reliable with almost zero hiccups. I've used several sync systems in the past and this one has been most reliable, by far.

Useful app for syncing inventory and order information between Shopify and QuickBooks Desktop. Settings are straightforward and simple. I was particularly satisfied with the support I received when we ran into an inventory syncing issue. David, Peter, and the rest of the support team worked tirelessly, maintaining clear communication and demonstrating deep knowledge of the systems, until the issue was resolved. 10 out of 10, all the stars, would recommend.

We initially ran into a workflow bottleneck regarding how the app handled unmapped items. Because we use inventory assemblies and operate in a fast-paced environment with different team members handling different parts of the syncing process, manual mapping was causing delays. However, the MyWorks team listened to our feedback and understood our specific use case. They provided us with access to a dynamic SKU-matching feature that automatically syncs unmapped products as long as the Shopify SKU matches the QuickBooks Item ID. This completely resolved our issue, eliminated the bottleneck, and is saving us hours of manual work. MyWorks is great - being able to sync data from Shopify to Quickbooks and vice versa is fast and simple. Being able to customize how that data is synced over is even better.
