Has worked smoothly for years but we had a hiccup recently (completely user error/boo-boo) ...when we contacted support for help they responded promptly and very quickly deduced the issue and gave easy to follow instructions to rectify the situation. Daniel was extraordinarily helpful and courteous. I am delighted with their service.
