Stop messing around with other Quickbooks syncing apps. I went through two other apps before finding MyWorks Sync and I wish I would have found them from the beginning. It would have saved me a lot of time and frustration if I had. The other apps I tried are lacking in features and support. I was losing faith in finding a proper solution and then I happened to stumble upon this app. The app is great and the support is even better. Don't waste your time, resources and energy with other apps. If you do, I promise you'll be back downloading this app, wishing you would have done it sooner. I don't write many reviews, let alone this long. You have to really earn it, and this app and the support has definitely earned it.

The app seems pretty easy, once you get to know it. I just wanted to let you know, I had a zoom scheduled with Peter this morning. He was sooo nice, extremely helpful---above and beyond! I just had to let you know.. He answered my questions and guided me through so smoothly! He was great!!!!! Then he answered some email questions in such a timely manner, I'm truly blown away by his customer service and the emails I received from the rest of your staff! Holy Moly. You guys need to start your own POS system, because if you have people like this, you would have a monopoly on customer service and ease of use on an app! Thank you for not sending me to a "bot"!!!! Peter ROCKS!

Works like a charm! Customer sales information and inventory updates are seamless. Their customer service is quick to respond and very helpful.

If I could rate higher than 5 stars, I absolutely would! MyWorks Software has been a complete game changer for my business. The integration between Shopify and QuickBooks is seamless, within just a few minutes, every transaction is synced, along with my inventory, receivables, and even net terms. I’ve never experienced such efficiency before, and it has saved me countless hours of manual work and headaches. On top of the product itself, the support team is simply outstanding. From day one, their onboarding process stood out, especially the 1:1 call support that made everything clear and easy to implement. A huge special thanks to Shaun Westley, who guided us patiently through the setup and made sure everything worked perfectly. I was looking for an app that could sync my wholesale orders from my Shopify Store to QuickBooks Online, and I finally found a fabulous solution with MyWorks! They have been super helpful, and they have so many specific settings that allow you to customize how you want the sync to work. They have also been super helpful with specific requests, and their support is TOP NOTCH! Which is not always the case with apps that you install with Shopify - which can be very frustrating so they have made my life and business so much better!

Brenda and Peter were so incredibly helpful with their demos and setup call - this is a very friendly team, and I appreciate their product and their willingness to take feedback and then work to implement it. I love that they have a free plan although my needs require me to go to a higher tier, it's nice to see them helping small businesses. I recommend this app!

MyWorks has been outstanding for our company. It has made the process of syncing inventory, purchase orders and order with Quickbooks so stress free and easy. Any issues that we have come across have been quickly resolved.

The team at MyWorks is outstanding. They are always on the spot with support. I've tried several QB sync apps, and this one is by far the most accurate and "kind" to my QBO. No additional janky accounts or customers added that junk up the system. Thanks y'all!

Great Service! Highly recommend!

For a while we tried syncing shopify with Quickbooks and have had a number of challenges. We tried other platforms and nothing seemed to work because it wasn't working properly or didn't have all the features we needed. So glad i found this app. We have had the best experience with the support team and the app has every corner covered. This is exactly what we needed and we recommend to everyone.

First of all, MyWorks works great. I like it's manual push feature a lot so it quickly updates whatever invoice needs to be fixed. We had a problem where customer name not showing up as company name despite the {company name} settings, and through the meeting I had with Peter L. we were able to easily fix this issue. We been manually re-typing customer names on QBs because the information imported from Shopify wasn't correct, which messed up the whole discount rate because it was set up differently on QBs. Turned the settings on in MyWorks as Peter L. Advised, boom. Fixed! we never have to touch our invoice again. He was super helpful and quick to respond to any of my emails, also David A. forwarded what I've discussed with him so that Peter L. was aware of what's going on so I didn't even had to explain it all over again which saved so much time. Thank you both!

We used MyWorks Sync to connect our old WooCommerce website to QuickBooks. Now we use it for syncing our Shopify site to QuickBooks. Both experiences have been great! The app works as expected, and the customer support team is very responsive and helpful.

Pros: Features that other Shopify/QB apps don't offer, which saves manual work if you use locations & classes. Before we had to use an app to export the orders, then modify them and then upload. Also being able to sync inventory from Shopify to QB is great. Helpful team that will go above and beyond to help setup and rectify issues. Cons: No live chat, so it can take some time to resolve issues.

We had a slight hiccup getting up and running, but support was very fast and helpful and it is working well now.

I looked everywhere for an app that allowed me to move sales orders from Shopify and automatically turn them into invoices in Quickbooks online. This is the only app I tried that worked! I had a few issues migrating products but the tech support team was extremely responsive and very clearly walked me through how to fix the issues. I'm mainly writing this review due to how quickly the customer service team responded and how knowledgable they are. 5/5.

Nice app, features and customer support is awesome and responsive. I really recommend to simplify your sync between Shopify and your accountability software
