MyWorks has been a lifesaver when it comes to importing ALL data from Shopify into Quickbooks Online. They respond quickly to email support requests, their customer service team is knowledgeable and always willing to tackle the issue, no matter if it pertains to sales tax sync, purchase orders entered on a third party app, or partial return receipts straight from Shopify. If something does not sync correctly, they have been very helpful in getting the issue resolved in a timely manner. Definitely recommend over "free" apps that end up costing time!

We looked at going zapier and other connectors but this has so many built in features that this is a best cost savings than all the other connectors we have looked at. Setup is fairly straight forward, but the service team is right there to help answer any questions you may have. I highly recommend you give this app a try.

Edit - I'm happy to report that MyWorks has now been responsive to my request for help. Not everything is working as desired, but they appear to be reengaged in determining how to fix the issues. MyWorks does save us time by syncing data between our Shopify store and QBO. However, it's now costing me hours of additional time required to edit QBO payments when MyWorks resyncs orders to QBO when we fulfill them within Shopify. Specifically, MyWorks resync is deducting the card processing fee from the payment amount when it sends the information to QBO again. These invoices were previously synced as paid in full in QBO and now show due for the amount of the processing fee. I've asked multiple times over the past week for help on this issue as the number of invoices affected has increased, with no response.
