American Lighting Systems review for MyWorks Sync for QuickBooks

This app works as it is intended i do believe but for me when a company runs from having phone calls that is where i draw the line. When they want you to just email or text and essentially refuse to get on a call to solve something that should take 15-30 min but they want you to spend hours doing emails back and forth is terrible customer service. What i will say app works customer service is probably one of the worse i have seen. They prefer you talk to a bot or do everything via messaging. So if you are someone that ever needs or wants help i would not recommend.
