I have been using quick returns for over 2months now, and honestly, the entire process was very smooth. From onboarding to my first exchange it was very well handled and very much organised. This app has genuinely simplified our entire returns and exchange process. What used to be a manual back-and-forth over email and WhatsApp is now fully self-serve for our customers they raise a request, pick exchange or refund, and the whole thing moves without our team chasing every step. This app is very useful for managing returns and exchanges. The process is simple, easy to understand, and helps maintain records smoothly in shopify. A small improvement area would be the courier pickup service, as some pickups get cancelled without proper attempts. Special thanks to Ayushi for being very cooperative and supportive throughout the process.
