So far so good on this app and the customer service is incredible. Joseph worked with me to get my integration from shopify to ebay up. I would so recommend these guys to anyone!

Customer support is very goo, they are trying to help as much as possible. Been dealing with Omar and he was polite and helpful and even gave his email address to get an update and future help.

Still getting to grips with the app but I've got to say, the customer service was unreal. Had some issues but Joseph hopped on a zoom call with me and went through things to resolve it with me. Really happy to help and give time to me, couldn't recommend it more. Thank you Joseph - superstar.

Khaled was great. We just downloaded this app and I clicked a wrong button that was about to cause a potential big headache in mere moments. I reached out to Khaled via the chat and within seconds he responded and not only advised but actually performed the task necessary to prevent a major problem on my end. Super appreciative.

I tried using this app on my own maybe 2-3 Months ago and got very frustrated and deleted it. After waiting I decided to give the app another chance, Omar reached out to me through the message Portal and helped answer and fix any issues I had. I started having Omar upload my products and it was really fast uploading our products. Once again all thanks to Omar!!!

I am currently in the process of switching over to Quicksync for our ebay & shopify listings. So far so good! They have been very helpful via their live chat & email, ensuring the products are matching across our ebay & online store. I have felt very supported and they are great at communicating processes. Omar has been great today, matching my item skus across sites too. I have tried a number of sync apps before & by far quicksync excels.

The app has been simple and effective so far, and has better, more intuitive abilities than other integration apps I have used. The best part was the customer service agent Omar, walking me through each step of the syncing process. After other apps failed, and I was manually migrating items, this app has been a huge relief to finish up my integration project! Thanks Omar!

Omar has been a wonderful and responsive customer service rep and has kept me updated and informed throughout the entire process of using this app. There are some functions that did not work at the beginning, but the team has been very willing to get involved and try and adjust the functionality for our needs. We are optimistic that this app will improve our Shopify to eBay experience.

Joseph was incredible in helping me integrate my Shopify Store with Ebay using the Quicksync app. He was extremely patient, guiding me through every step and making sure I found the right buttons.
