Honestly the best support you will receive Omar was absolutely amazing Website syncing is not my strong point and he was patient and answered all my question no matter how irrelevant and time consuming they was for him. I can honestly say this is a great app and easy to use even for someone whose strong point isn't IT. The support you get is second to none and well worth the monthly fee. Once again Omar thank you so much you have been amazing and a asset to the company you work for!

Joseph was really kind and professional ! He helped me transfer all my listing from eBay to Shopify. I'm still exploring the app and testing it. So far, everything seems good. I have to see how everything can be synchronised as I got an order on shopify, but my listing on eBay was not deleted. Furthermore, maybe I don't know how yet, but so far when I purchased shipping labels on shopify, I had to manually upload the tracking number on eBay. Interesting app & concept, but need to learn how to use it

Omar on tech support was very helpful! I was struggling to sort my SKU's so the app would integrate. He went into my products and sorted this for me. Nothing was too much trouble-very helpful guy. Don't struggle get in touch with Omar to help you out!

Absolutely worst experience. Got assurance that nothing would change on the ebay store. They were keen to get a 5 star review during setup but once the transfer from ebay to shopify was complete, they added 1000's of additional quantities to over 60 or more of our lines on ebay completetly messed our inventory and wost still they could not correct it.. Worst experience ever. We now have to spend a long time sorting their mess out.

I tried using this app on my own maybe 2-3 Months ago and got very frustrated and deleted it. After waiting I decided to give the app another chance, Omar reached out to me through the message Portal and helped answer and fix any issues I had. I started having Omar upload my products and it was really fast uploading our products. Once again all thanks to Omar!!!

I am currently in the process of switching over to Quicksync for our ebay & shopify listings. So far so good! They have been very helpful via their live chat & email, ensuring the products are matching across our ebay & online store. I have felt very supported and they are great at communicating processes. Omar has been great today, matching my item skus across sites too. I have tried a number of sync apps before & by far quicksync excels.

The app has been simple and effective so far, and has better, more intuitive abilities than other integration apps I have used.
