Got help from Omar today! Would be lost setting this up without him! I did not need to reach out Omar did this proactively. Could not say enough about how helpful he was. Most companies leave this up to you to figure out. Cannot wait to get started and look forward to doing business with them!

Unfortunately too many issues in a short space of time. Helpful support for the main, but an attempt by support to resolve an issue with duplicate skus resulted in 95% of my eBay listings being ended.

I tried the app and first it would not shink - i missed a step then it said it was shinking and took around 2 1/2 to finish. Problem is nothing actually sync to Ebay. They said it was shipping on ebay i checked it all was good. In the end I deleted the app as it just wasnt working.

We Tried a number of different apps. before we found QuickSync for eBay. So easy to use, Extremely helpful live chat help. Had a few issues, but the QuickSync Team handled them straight away and all been perfect. GLAD i found QuickSync - makes syncing to eBay and shopify possible. Even in the app an option to have different pricing on eBay and shopify which saves so much time.

Generally - unready app for the market. Needs a lot of testing. I just need to use the app and not to test and spent my time on support communication Basic functionality just doesn’t work. 1. Not all products syncing from Shopify 2. Not all info are sending from eBay, like shipping method, product weight 3. If label purchased within Shopify, tracking # is not transferring to eBay

I felt really comfortable talking to Omar who is patient and listens to my needs. I am still at the trial stage and will be going for the paid version if it can fulfill my needs. I hope the app runs as well as their customer service!

Omar was Really helpful and sorted out some issues with my products that wouldn't sync properly. Highly recommend Quicksync for syncing Shopify products to your Ebay store! :)
