Sometimes you're lucky and you reach out to customer service and you actually get treated as a customer and get service. I had the priviledge of working with Joseph today. Immediately after we downloaded and activated the app Joseph proactively reached out and offered any help we needed. Zero frustration, what's up with that??? I have never had a better onboarding experience!! Thank you Joseph
