The best support team of any app on here I've ever used. Used them with multiple businesses and it's always instant fixes for any issues, and the issues are usually my fault! Thea has been great today and I'm thankful for her help!

Sometimes you're lucky and you reach out to customer service and you actually get treated as a customer and get service. I had the priviledge of working with Joseph today. Immediately after we downloaded and activated the app Joseph proactively reached out and offered any help we needed. Zero frustration, what's up with that??? They force you to review it before you are able to test it. There are so many features that do not function and will mess up your inventory, including returns, orders not syncing immediately after being placed on tiktok, not accurately marking the inventory as "committed" which makes audits impossible. Do not recommend, uninstalled immediately after seeing it on a few orders. Horrible

Joseph was super helpful and quick at getting my tiktok shop integrated with shopify. Other apps don't have anywhere near this kind of support and as a result are not set up correctly and I just end up deleting them. Not this one! Don't hesitate to download it. Thank you!
