QuickSync for TikTok Shop

The app is very easy to use and does what it says. I had spent close to a day trying to figure out how to sync my inventory from shopify to my TikTok shop and I was able to do this within a few minutes thanks to the app and Thea the customer rep. She gave me step by step guidance, with clear and easy instructions. Even when I took a 12-hour break from my laptop, I was able to continue the conversation from with her from where we stopped without needing to start over again. Highly recommend.

Joseph was extremely helpful and walking me through the setup process and helping me understand how the app, Shopify, and TikTok work together. Loved being able to speak with someone who was able to help after months of confusion and getting no support from TikTok or Shopify in addressing the issue of getting my products to sync between the platforms.

Khaled was a great resource for me getting started. He walked me through some steps and helped me understand more of what QuickSync does. After having issues with other apps syncing my products over to TikTok, I am starting off very happy with the app.

As for the application, I have more to learn, but it would be great if the products were automatically synced to product categories in TikTok. Looking forward to learning more about the features!

Jayson was a huge help, he stayed with me in chat and we got things straightened out. Unfortunately for my store I wont be able to use this app because it doesn't filter based on published visibility so it was going to sync all of the products that are listed as active which is thousands as opposed to just the 590 that I'm actually selling right now. That would leave me having a huge mess in the TT shop to fix, so I just decided this app wont work well for my shop....but app seems to work great and customer service is excellent.

I requested assistance on how to sync my shop, as I've never done it before. And, I received a quick response, with how to set it up. It was very simple and I would highly recommend this app.

Just getting started on this! The support is top-notch and very quick so that the app is up and running already. Omar on chat support is responsive and clear with communication. Easy to understand and sync my current tiktop shop -- I have already been selling on tiktok shop so I want to only map products. The app is very straight-forward. (Note: I was using another app and have switched to this one.)
