Omar was amazing to work with. I had tried using another TikTok Shop synching tool but it did not work as easily or did it have as unbelieable customer service. Omar was my right-hand man during the process, and I am thankful for him and his services. I would recommend this app to anyone looking to sync their Shopify store with TikTok Shop. Thanks!

i was having trouble to sync my products to my Tiktok shop and i contact the support center, and i was assisted by one Arianne who did am amazing job with assisting me. i would definitely give her 10.

Well from the start of downloading the app, I was surprised to see some already there to help me set up the app. Joseph was amazing to work with and helped me set everything up very fast and any questions I had for him, he had an answer!

Joseph was amazing.. he saved my life.. I hope to do a whole video review about you guys..on my social media .. like an affiliate thing.. lol I am open to being your brand ambassador in the us..if u would like that.. lol.. wait till u see my video review!! I found so called big names in dropship and sync etc and I was frustrated tryna sync all my online stores and fulfill orders.. it was 15 days of frustration and pain.. no customer service.. no contact omggggg.... I promise quick sync app is a life saver.. I am dumping the rest of them promise and fail apps!! Thank you so much Joseph ❤️ thank you QUICKsync✌️❤️❤️❤️❤️

The app is very easy to use and does what it says. I had spent close to a day trying to figure out how to sync my inventory from shopify to my TikTok shop and I was able to do this within a few minutes thanks to the app and Thea the customer rep. She gave me step by step guidance, with clear and easy instructions. Even when I took a 12-hour break from my laptop, I was able to continue the conversation from with her from where we stopped without needing to start over again. Highly recommend.
