the price is very reasonable for the service provided. customer service is also pretty quick to respond compared to competitors. khaled is a goated customer support agent(he's a great customer support agent).

So far so good! Just downloaded the app and was assisted the whole way through to sync my products to Shopify. I was at first not looking forward to the process, but this is making everything seamless! Thanks for the help Arianne!

I requested assistance on how to sync my shop, as I've never done it before. And, I received a quick response, with how to set it up. It was very simple and I would highly recommend this app.

Just getting started on this! The support is top-notch and very quick so that the app is up and running already. Omar on chat support is responsive and clear with communication. Easy to understand and sync my current tiktop shop -- I have already been selling on tiktok shop so I want to only map products. The app is very straight-forward. (Note: I was using another app and have switched to this one.)

I absolutely love the QuickSync team! They've been a lifesaver in helping me get my product collection onto my TikTok Shop. It seems like Shopify and TikTok aren't exactly on the best terms, but QuickSync has stepped in and solved the problem for me twice now. For anyone with a large inventory, QuickSync is a game-changer. It makes managing everything on TikTok a breeze. But beyond the functionality, their customer service is truly exceptional. They're incredibly skilled, polite, and patient. They take the time to listen to your problems and find solutions. Today, Omar went above and beyond to help me, and I can't thank him enough!

Every single customer service representative has been incredibly helpful and patient. Plus, the app is great for getting products onto the TikTok marketplace. I'm more impressed with the customer service than anything.
