Great first class customer service especially from Omar! Omar was super helpful with his professional services and making sure that everything was running smoothly by connecting my store to Tiktok shop. Quicksync is a great app if you want everything to run smoothly at the backend with connecting your shopify store to your Tiktok shop. I just started using the quicksync app and hope to continue using it if everything continues to run smoothly. Thanks Omar for your awesome help! Highly Recommended! Support this app and Omar is your go to person !

Of all the reviews I have written on Shopify, this is the easiest and best one yet. Joseph was amazing! My only regret is I didn't find this app earlier, it would have saved so much time and energy. This was an amazing experience!

This app saved my sanity. I have been trying for months (MONTHS!) to get the Tik Tok app to work properly, but would constantly receive one error message or another. Their support was no help, either. I finally caved and installed this app and within 30 minutes, my Tik Tok shop was finally up and running. Customer service was super proactive and responsive. I'd say it's well worth the monthly fee.

The app is easy to use and understand. I am very impressed with the step-by-step help I received from Joseph when I had several questions regarding the integration of my products with TikTok. 5 stars! Quick responses and very helpful. An app that will save you time!

So far so good, and the customer service to talk through the set-up process was very good. I am sitting back and watching 100 items get loaded up every day and this is a far easier process than using the 'official' app.

Joseph helped me with the initial set up. He was very friendly and eager to help. Although we were not able to finish what I wanted to do that day, Joseph made sure I can get a hole of him and he gave me his email. So far I am happy with the service. I can't say anything about the app yet because I have not experience it yet. I will update this review in the future. Thank you Joseph for being so helpful.

This app works seamless to synch my orders to Tiktok. Whenever I have a problem, customer service agent is always available and quick to solve the problem. Special thank you to Omar, who's helped me less than 5 min with an order that did not synch. I highly recommend this app!

Very responsive, fast and effective customer support. No sooner had I downloaded the app and initiated the sync process for products, when I received a message from Omar asking if I needed any help. Not only did he accelerate the syncing process and promise to oversee the process to the end, he also answered all the other queries I had regarding the app.Very impressive!
