QuickSync for TikTok Shop

Omar was incredibly helpful in assisting me with syncing products using QuickSync for TikTok Shop. He was knowledgeable, patient and made the process smooth and stress-free. I really appreciated his support—fantastic customer service!

I had an excellent experience with Joseph while syncing my store's products to TikTok. After 2 weeks of hell and multiple failed attempts on my own and using the official app, Joseph quickly identified the problem and guided me through the process. He was incredibly patient, waiting for everything to load to ensure it worked perfectly. His support made all the difference! Thank you, Joseph for the incredible service. Highly recommend!

Gasser was an amazing person and helped me out so much. Made the transition from Aftership to Quicksync SEAMLESS.

Omar was really helpful and guided me through what I needed, would highly recommend him!

The support team has been exceptionally responsive and helpful. I would like to commend Omar, Normie, Arrianie, and Jayson for their outstanding service and suggest they be recognized with a raise.

Joseph was extremely helpful and responsive with the issues I was having with syncing. He was able to solve my problem in minutes and got me up and running again in no time. Highly recommend this app and customer service is second to none.

Khaled was fantastic! Very knowledgeable and patient. Worked with me for 4 hours straight to help fix my syncing issues!

Updated feedback-Installed this app a few days a go, received an order and now cannot sync the order to shopify store to fulfill. Got in touch with support and they have to contact the developer which can take upto 48 hours. So disappointed, no idea what to do now. Cannot process the order at all. Do not install this app, major issues in syncing products, I cannot process/sync the order. Just lost sales because of this app. I have just installed quicksync and the support and guidance from Omar has been fantastic, he takes you through the whole process and guides you throughout the set up.Lets hope the app works for my business.

I've heard great things! Just started today and customer service was great with the walk thru!

Joseph was a lifesaver in helping me sync my store's products to TikTok after multiple failed attempts. He quickly pinpointed the issue, guided me through the correct steps, and patiently waited as everything loaded to ensure everything was perfectly set up. Huge thanks to Joseph!

Joseph was polite and very happy to help. It really reminds me what I'm paying for with this service. Helping to get my orders synced late night on a Monday so I can be ready to ship orders first thing the next morning!

Joseph has been very helpful to get my set up on the tikok store and goe things synced up for me. Thanks!

Khaled was extremely helpful and patient with me! He ended up fixing all of my issues quickly and thoroughly. Amazing service!!

Great app to integrate Tiktok shop orders to Shopify. Plus, the service is outstanding and always there to help.

Still in the process of setting up at the time of this review but so far the customer support from Joseph has been world class. Super fast and responsive. The app set up so far is much easier than going through other options. This so far is #1 for anyone wanting to integrate to TikTok!

Khaled was very helpful and intuitive in setting me up and answering any questions I had. I would recommend. Its fairly easy to use and understand and very easy to talk to a representative before a bot.

having customer support on standby is very helpful thank you!

Joseph was great I ran into an issue with shopify syncing and he has been a great help figuring everything out and walking us through it he informed me that he will be reaching to the devs to figure the issue out as well

Joseph from Customer Services gave me an early Christmas present. After installing the app, there was a little friendly chat window that popped up, and I'm so pleased I responded and with minimal effort on my side and lots of super speedy help from Joseph, the app was set up and configured and products syncing to TikTok Shop! I was waiting for weeks to do the TT Shop setup, BUT don't make the same mistake as me. Choose this app, work with the amazing Customer Service people and then have something that takes the sync headaches away and makes your life super easy! It's early days for me, since I'm just working through the initial setup, but I look forward to the way the app can centralise everything for me (product creation, order fulfilment etc). The whole experience was a dream!

I have been trying to sync my store for a few days, the store always showing errors until I downloaded this app and with the help of Joseph it was done in no time. Definitely recommend, 5 * service.
