Joseph was incredibly helpful with getting my store's products synced to TikTok after several failed attempts on my own. He identified the problem quickly and guided me to properly sync them and was patient enough to wait while they loaded to confirm that it worked. Thank you, Joseph!

I just downloaded this app and had a difficult time syncing my products form tiktok to Shopify. I was ready to cancel my subscription but the customer service was excellent and fast and helped me! thank you!

I am a brand owner and needed to fulfill my Tiktok Shop orders through my Shopify. This is not my expertise so before even proceeding with using Quicksync, I reached out to support. I was lucky enough to receive Omar as my agent. He was such a tremendous help in guiding me along to get everything set up. He made the process incredibly easy for me and very grateful for his help. The customer service and ease of use of this app is great. I am happy I decided to move forward with it.

This app is amazing, and the customer support has been exceptional! I ran into some setup issues initially, but Omar was quick to assist and answered all my questions thoroughly. Now, the app syncs orders seamlessly, solving a problem that used to cause me a lot of frustration. This app is fantastic, and the customer support is top-notch! I initially had some trouble with the setup, but Omar was extremely helpful and quick to address all my questions. Now, the app syncs orders flawlessly, eliminating a major frustration I used to have. If you think this app could benefit your business, I highly recommend giving it a try—it’s worked great for me! After the setup i found out that we cant sync anything if we are printing the labels directly from tiktok. So In this case i have to unistall it. Its not really Quicksync's issue. its a limitation from tiktok and cant accuse quicksync for this.
