Every issue I have had, the customer service team has been super helpful in understanding why the issue occurred so next time I am able to avoid any setbacks. They have made a very stressful situation in setting up a tiktok shop to being so much easier.

This app is great so far, and Normie at customer support is incredibly helpful! Helped us to set up QuickSync to our TikTok shop seamlessly, in addition she helped to streamline the entire onboarding process, allowing me to go do other things while this ran in the background I'm looking forward to using this app soon

Diana help me, I had a positive experience resolving the issues. This is my first time using the app, and so far, everything has been great. The support was helpful, and the process was smooth. I appreciate the efficiency and clarity throughout, and I'm optimistic about continuing to use the app in the future

Omar is the absolute best! I was having trouble integrating my TikTok seller with Shopify and he took care of EVERYTHING for me! Amazing service! If I could give 10 stars I would!

Customer service was amazing helping us to set up properly! Khaled led me through the process to correctly sync our products. If you’re confused when downloading, reach out via the chat feature. Super helpful.

App has been quick and easy to use, product has all been uploaded seamlessly and we've started seeing sales in Tik-Tok shop. Omar has been brilliant in assisting when we've come across any small issues. Recommended

This app is incredible and so is the customer support! I had trouble setting it up at first but Omar was helpful and quick to do his best to answer my questions. Now the app is syncing orders perfectly and it takes away such a frustration I had in the past. If you think this app is a good fit for your business, I recommend trying it now because for me it has worked very well.
