We use this APP for our solution guides (2 brands in 13 sites) and it works amazingly. We started by doing the setup and the look & feel, and it was very easy. Then we built the questions and answers. Populating products due to the size of our company was time-consuming, but we contacted Gen and he was very helpful and gave us an idea that worked perfectly.
