I installed after seeing the free forever pricing structure within the app store and your pricing matrix- which works for my store right now. then after installing the app, it reverted to a pricing only model of $35/monthly.

Just to be clear, we do have a Free Forever plan, so you do not need to pay anything in order to install the app and build your quiz. You'll only need to upgrade to a paid plan once you need more than 10 engagements. I have confirmed that you have not been charged anything.
