We decided to use the Prehook App to help users that are not familiar with electric skateboards. As it is a niche product and we have different types of boards, it is common to find people who want to get an electric skateboard but don't know how to start. With Preehook, we are able to provide a personalised product recommendation and get more sales. UI: It is very simple to use. It was easy to set up the quiz and adjust it according to our needs. Support: Amazing support team! All responses were prompt, and the team went the extra mile whenever we needed to contact them. 11/10 Integrations: we integrated it with Klavyio, which was a little bit difficult to set up initially but now is working well. With this integration, we're able to nurture users that are not quite ready to buy.

Building the quiz was much easier than I expected. Choice of graphics was great. Support from Gen was outstanding! Everything turned out great!

Prehook is the best quiz platform on the market! It absolutely crushes Octane & other competitors due to its usability + simplicity. It specializes in being quizzes for Shopify stores, funnels, and more. You can use it to learn more about your lists in Klaviyo with very easily implementable segmentation and as a prospecting tool to get more in the door. I highly recommend! 5/5 stars.

We're excited to be using Prehook! The quizzes are easy to set up but if you do want some extra guidance their customer support is excellent. If you're looking to engage with and understand your customers better, Prehook is a no-brainer.

Big fan of Prehook! Their quizzes really helped improve our conversion metrics and helped customers find the right upsell item that they wanted. it also helped educate the customer throughout the buying process and their customer support was great in helping set it up!

Prehook is an awesome add to our sales funnel which brought us leads which we found converted very well. We saw our conversion rate noticeably rise, and resulted in great ROI on our investment in the Prehook app, Using the app is super easy, and didn't take long to get our quiz going. Great job!

To whom it may concern, I have been on the scout for months on searching for plugins for my Shopify business. I really got, to be honest, I never received excellent support service like this before. The application/plugin is exactly what I was looking for in my quiz. If Shopify had 10 stars, I would give it without a doubt. Prehook continues with splendid work.

This app had been a game changer for my skincare store. Recently, I have been unable to access customer data. I have made several attempts to contact them in the last 2 months but they have not replied any of my emails. Sadly, I would have to delete the app after nearly 2 years of delivering great results. Update I was contacted and made aware that they had not received any of my numerous emails. The issue was promptly rectified and in addition my account has been credited with 2 months subscription. Glad I can now access of our customer data. Amazing service guys!

As soon as we installed Prehook and started showing our quiz to website visitors, we saw an instant rise in conversion rates and AOV. It has helped improve our overall website experience and lets us learn more about our customer's pain points and then, recommends the most suitable health products to help solve our customer's problems now. We tried other quiz apps before but Prehook is the best on the app store–simple to set up, easy to use, beautiful design, price competitive, and best of all, it's helped skyrocket our email and SMS subscribers lists! But my favourite feature of Prehook is how the back end functionality has allowed us to use the data to more effectively retarget customers with relevant email marketing content and cross-sells that are driving repeat purchases. Gen and the Prehook team have been super helpful in guiding us to get the most out of the app and improve our quiz results! Personalized marketing is the future of e-commerce and I would highly recommend using the Prehook app for your business. My only regret is, I should've started using it sooner!

The Prehook team went above and beyond to meet our expectations. They rushed to implement entirely new updates to the Klaviyo "product recommendation" integration at our request and delivered a perfected experience for us and our customers. Incredible. Hi Guys, this is dparfumgirl and this review is from the best part of me because the makers of this app have gone over and beyond for my store. They created a whole new functionality just for me(they created the currency sign specific to my location in literally less than 24 hours), the support has been amazing i mean they had two separate teams working for lil me. This is hands down the best app for your quizzes. Also since i installed it i have been able to generate revenue from it. Thank you Gen, Thank you AZ. you guys are the very best. I used this app as a quiz/selection tool to filter my apparel items on the site for customers and it is PERFECT! There were a few technical problems at first but the team worked really hard at resolving the issue and they did with consistent communication. They even followed up when I forgot to respond. I highly recommend this app!

I'm using Prehook as a lead funnel and WOW does it perform! It can be a little tricky/time consuming to set up, however Gen and team have been absolutely incredible with customer service and have helped me perfect my quiz, so don't be afraid to reach out if you get stuck. My mind is totally blown by the amount of customer data that's now pouring into my ESP...it almost seems too good to be true. DOWNLOAD THIS APP! You won't regret it.

I really enjoyed using this app and playing around with all the different features. The quiz funnel app is organized and clear and ready to help you. What I appreciate the most though is Gen, the creator. He cares a lot about user satisfaction and will dedicate his time to help them.
