Has great potential! The app itself has some UX details that are unintuitive and confusing (which is why I'm taking a star off), but it's easy to get help from the support team via chat. Ultimately, it works well for my use case.
Had a quick response from the team with an issue I was having. They resolved this really quickly for me and I was happy with the service I received. Highly recommend!

Very helpful customer service when prompted
I went for another quiz maker, as I wanted the best. But turned out the hype was bigger for that. Overpriced, UX is horrible and so on. Quizell is the OPPOSITE. Beautiful UX and UI, everything is smooth and you know where you can find the features. The slides are beautiful and all the features that you need are there. And the support is the cherry on top. They didn't have my store's currency origially. But after 2 minute chat with their support, they added it. I can only recommend.
After testing several quiz apps, this one had the most features and ease of use. Their support team is super responsive and helpful.
Incredible support from the app, I cannot be more grateful and excited !!! I was struggling on my own for 3 days, and just asked team member Tom for help - my struggles were over within 1 hour!!! He was super kind and professional - nothing was too much trouble for him! Thank you so so much. Now that the most essential part of the website is done I can enjoy the rest of my day peacefully as I'm way on top of my schedule! Thank You Quizell team!

L'app è davvero fantastica e già solo con il piano base è possibile fare tantissime cose. I tool di completamento AI sono molto efficaci, ma la differenza la fanno i ragazzi dell'assistenza tecnica che mi hanno aiutato a risolvere alcune task molto elaborate! Complimenti!

This is such a great quiz Bull. The pricing is amazing compared to competitors in the market. You can have a lite version for such a great compared to other brands words it's like over $300. Tom was also so handy and he's helping me build my own my quiz which I'm so grateful for compared to others where you have to do everything yourself Thom has been so helpful.
