On the cancellation side: subscriptions for Shopify apps are managed through your Shopify admin under Settings > Apps and sales channels > Quizell, where you can uninstall the app and stop billing. We know that isn't always obvious, and we should make it clearer in our own dashboard too. If a charge has already gone through and you'd like a refund, please reach out to our support team directly and we'll get it sorted for you. On the mobile experience: image-based answer options on mobile are absolutely something the app supports, so it sounds like something wasn't configured the way you expected, or there may have been a display issue we didn't catch. We'd love the chance to take a look if you're open to it, since it's a quick fix on our end most of the time.
