Quizify has been a great find for our Shopify store. We built a 3-question product-recommendation quiz for KOBO Pickleball, and the app handled the logic beautifully. The exact match recommendation system works perfectly — it correctly matches customers to the right paddle based on their skill level, performance goal, and biggest frustration. Setting up 12 different result combinations was straightforward once we understood the system. The Klaviyo integration works well with customer quiz data, including answer tags, syncs cleanly to Klaviyo profiles, which allows us to build segmented email flows. The support team deserves a special mention. They were responsive, clear, and genuinely helpful throughout the setup process. Every question was answered thoroughly and quickly. Overall, a solid quiz app that does exactly what it promises. Recommended for anyone looking to build product recommendation quizzes on Shopify.

This has done nothing and is very difficult to cancel.
Thank you for your feedback. We'd like to share some clarity on this. 🙏 Our records show that a quiz was created back in 2020, but it has never been updated since then. We also never received a support request from your end. Had you reached out at any point, our team would have gladly helped you make the most of Quizify's product recommendation quiz features and guided you toward better results for your store. Regarding cancellation, Quizify has an easy downgrade option to a free plan directly from the pricing page within the app. Additionally, as with all Shopify apps, uninstalling the app automatically cancels the subscription immediately. We genuinely wish you had connected with us sooner. We believe a well-optimized interactive quiz can make a real difference in customer engagement and conversions. Our team remains available if you ever wish to give it another shot.
