We were looking for a lead generation app, and we came across Quizify. After using it for a few days, we must admit, it has been really simple to setup, and even though when we came up with an issue during the setup, we reached out to customer support, and after a few minutes of exchanging with customer support, they understood what was our issue and how to solve it. During the exchange, we even requested a feature which was not yet available but was similar to one of the feature they were already providing, and they were willing to implement it as this will solve another problem for us. Most important for us, they were able to solve our main urgent issue within an hour, and promise to come back to us with the added feature within the next few days. We are quite satisfied with Quizify and for us, to be able to generate leads and have each questions and format to be customized as we actually really want and to embedded into our website in various ways has been a game changer. We highly recommend it.

In der kostenlosen Version absolute Zeitverschwendung. Man kann es nicht gebrauchen. Macht erst Sinn ab 19,99 Dollar im Monat und dafür ist die UI und die Einstellungsmöglichkeit einfach zu schlecht.

This app has an excellent and very professional support team. I had an issue where the quiz results weren't showing up on mobile. But Kushal responded quickly was able to fix the issue and now the app works perfectly.

Using Quizify for some days now and the support is very speedy and accurate. We have not the easiest set up with 2 pages, but Kushal always stays calm and is answering our questions helpful and understandble, also for non-IT persons. I can highly recommend Quizfy for other customers!

ROI so far is positive. Customers are engaging with the quiz. As a non-developer, I found it not overly complicated to set up. More importantly, the customer service has been excellent. All of my questions have been answered quickly and with great detail. Grateful for their help.

Please improve your live support as well, because I only broke your score because I couldn't get an answer before. I hope I can get efficiency from the application. Questa app è davvero favolosa e permette di realizzare dei sondaggi o quiz personalizzati in base alle proprie esigenze. Mi piace molto il fatto di poter personalizzare il tutto in modo da rendere il sondaggio perfettamente compatibile con il proprio ecommerce e la propria attività! L'app funziona molto bene ed è veloce. Inoltre gli sviluppatori sono sempre molto gentili e disponibili per ogni esigenza o problema. Risolvono sempre tutti in pochissimo tempo con un'assistenza davvero fantastica! Consiglio a tutti di installare e provare questa app, ne rimarrete entusiasti!
