Quizify ‑ Product Quiz Builder

We started with the app; we are going to launch a quiz soon. The Quizify team has been really helpful with everything. They really know their way around in Shopify. I think they are on a good way to be one of the best quiz apps on Shopify. I really like tagging and segmenting the customers and easy integration with Klaviyo, where I do plenty of segmentations. I strongly recommend going for something different and AI powered for tools like this, instead of going for a standard "type form" etc.

We just started with the App and will hopefully soon launch our first Quiz. I always appreciate when u can talk to a real Person in support and so far the Quizify Team has helped us directly and prompt with all the questions and small adjustments we want to make. Please keep on the goog work :)

this is the worst customer service ever. I've been waiting 30 days to hear back because our customers don't receive the quiz results. Despite my reminders, I've heard nothing from the technical team, yet I continue to be billed every day. Don't trust them

We believe this is going to be a great solution for our shopify store. The team has been fairly responsive in their reply time for any problems and we are excited to get this launched.

Hi I had a somewhat complex and detailed Quizify to set up, but the Quizify Team, and in particular, Snehal, were very obliging and helpful in getting it customised to exactly the way I wanted it to look. Thank you!

You can only add images to your Quiz's results page if they exist online and have a URL. There are no options for uploading brand graphics on the results page directly, unless the graphic exists on google images. Text and background colour cannot be edited. It has an option that exists to change them, it just doesn't work or save. I have been attempting to change the text colour from "blend into background grey" to black. When reaching out to customer service asking them how to change the colour of text or add images it takes 24 hours to get a response. These are BASIC aspects of web design that should be figured out when selling a service.

We really like this quiz app! We had issues at first and the support team was very helpful in resolving and went above and beyond to do so. Definitely recommend using thos app for your quiz needs!

I am about to launch my website and brand this Friday and I have a pretty substantial product recommendation quiz. The app is easy to use and make a quiz, the logic is to generate and maintain but the thing I’ve been most impressed by is the service I’ve received when I’ve contacted Quizify for help. Their service has been amazing. Thank you for your help
