Quotes Guru: RFQ & Hide Prices

This is the third app of its kind that I've tried, and the first one that's compatible with my product options app. It's easy to set up and offers great features. There was a minor glitch at first with the prices in my quotes, but it was fixed within an hour! The customer service was fast and very helpful.

We are very satisfied with the app. They are willing to think along with us on adjustments and also offer custom solutions for quotation processes. Absolutely perfect! I would recommend this app to everyone :)

Pankaj Lehar did a great job helping me. I had been struggling for hours with two separate issues but didn't want to call Support because that is usually such a frustrating mess with most companies. Once I finally gave in, I wish I had called right away! Pankaj fixed the first issue in about 20 seconds. The second issue took a little more time but he did it all himself while I slept :). So I woke up the next morning -- problem solved!

We’d been using a different quotes app for a long time and switched to Quotes Guru a few weeks ago, as the app offers loads of customisation options, integrated seamlessly into our existing layout and runs smoothly. We have lots of different types of quotes, including items without prices. Quotes Guru handles all these custom variations perfectly and we’re very happy with the app. Yesterday we had a minor issue with a feature, so we contacted support and received an immediate reply. Had a really positive experience working with the Quote Guru team. They’ve been quick to respond, helpful throughout the process, and very open to feedback. It’s clear they’re putting real effort into improving the product and taking user input seriously, which makes a big difference. I have this on several of my B2B Clients Shopify Stores. The Free version is ok for setting up, but the extra bells and whistles for the paid plans make it worth while. The Support response is good and the ROI is great
