Great RFQ tool for B2B stores Quotes Guru has been a solid addition to our store. The multi-market support and customer-tag-based form routing work well for our wholesale buyers. This is the third app of its kind that I've tried, and the first one that's compatible with my product options app. It's easy to set up and offers great features. There was a minor glitch at first with the prices in my quotes, but it was fixed within an hour! The customer service was fast and very helpful.

Pankaj Lehar did a great job helping me. I had been struggling for hours with two separate issues but didn't want to call Support because that is usually such a frustrating mess with most companies. Once I finally gave in, I wish I had called right away! Pankaj fixed the first issue in about 20 seconds. The second issue took a little more time but he did it all himself while I slept :). So I woke up the next morning -- problem solved!
