The support team at Quotify has been an incredible help to us. Their professionalism and lightning-fast response times are truly impressive !
It's very easy to use and very user-friendly. If there were an option to edit existing quotes, I would give it 6 stars!

Sorry for the inconvenience. Your membership was cancelled, and your last payment was refunded within 10 minutes of us receiving your separate email asking us to cancel. To clarify, Shopify controls the billing cycle for app subscriptions, including when charges are created and processed. From what we can see, your store was closed and then reopened during a two-month period before the app was uninstalled. This appears to have caused Shopify to treat the subscription as an expired trial and process the charge. We understand how frustrating this is. We have already cancelled the membership and issued the refund, and we will also reach out to you directly to make sure everything is fully resolved.
Been using hte app for ages, it's perfect for me as a tool for facilitating online quotes with the right level of control. The support on rare occasion I've needed it, has been over and above expectation!
Simple to use, fast and nice support and an all-in-all great app
This is the second business I've used Quotify for, and I've recommended it to quite a few others as it's so good. Simple to operate, clean looking and Philo is always on hand to help with any questions. Can't recommend it enough!

I just installed this app and it works really well. I had a few small issues to fix at the beginning, so I used the chat to ask for help. To be honest, at first I was quite skeptical about a chatbot (I’m not the biggest fan), but then I started chatting with Philo (a real person!) who helped me fix everything. This app works really well. I am still in the free trial phase, but I am planning to purchase it. I don’t have a proper webshop, but rather an RFQ portal, so Quotify is exactly what I needed. Thanks, Philo!

Quotify integrated perfectly into the product pages on our site in which we didn't want to show pricing directly to our Shopify visitors. It creates a seamless experience for them to request a quote and delivers the necessary info to our sales team's inbox. Philo (the developer) was extremely helpful in answering questions and helping us get everything up and running to our specifications. Great product. Highly recommended!
