Sorry for the inconvenience. Your membership was cancelled, and your last payment was refunded within 10 minutes of us receiving your separate email asking us to cancel. To clarify, Shopify controls the billing cycle for app subscriptions, including when charges are created and processed. From what we can see, your store was closed and then reopened during a two-month period before the app was uninstalled. This appears to have caused Shopify to treat the subscription as an expired trial and process the charge. We understand how frustrating this is. We have already cancelled the membership and issued the refund, and we will also reach out to you directly to make sure everything is fully resolved.
