Our app has been offline for a week. I have sent 4 messages for help and there is no response!
Hey, I'm the new owner of the Quotilio app. My company purchased this app earlier this year and your experience is exactly the kind of situation we've been working to fix. For full transparency: During the purchase the previous owner left with several access keys, accounts, and support platforms we needed to operate, which locked us out of the email and ticket inboxes for months. That's why your messages went into a void no one was checking. I completely understand the frustration. We've since recovered everything, fixed the platform, and made improvements that mean outages like that one can't happen the same way again. App has been offline for 5 days and no response from the team when we send a support message!

App has not been working for a couple of weeks. It's not loading, thus I cannot see our data/customers/quote requests, and customers cannot submit a quote request. Of course I have contacted the support via e-mail and via contact form (two weeks ago!) and - NOTHING! No reaction at all. This is the worst customer service I've ever seen!

The support staff disappeared and left the screen with empty submission. I asked for the custom function so that it will take product options generated by other app. It was working at first, and about a year ago, nothing worked and company support link broken. I will move onto asking for a refund. Do not buy this app.
